300pcs LED Copper Pin Fin Heatsink Finished

    Total 300pcs cooper pin fin heatsinks for LED applications were just finised at Sinda Thermal factory, this sample order was released from Sweden customer 2 weeks ago. The heatsink is pure copper material and finished by cold forging process, and anti-oxidant surface treatment will be right after forging process. Thanks again for thr order , we will arrange the shipment to customer site by tomorrow.

      As copper can not be extruded as aluminum alloy, to build a pin fin heatsink, cold forging is the best option as it has high production rate, the production cost is low, also the cold forging technology is mature, the production yield is great, the pin fin construction offers more surface area to dissipate the heat which makes the copper pin fin heatsink has a better thermal dissipation ability than other solid type heat sink like aluminum extrusions.
