30pcs Laptop Heatpipe Soldering Heatsink Shipped To Mexico Customer

     Today , we finished the final assembly for the 30pcs laptop CPU heatsink,and shipped out to mexican customer.  This heatsink includes 2 pcs D6 heatpipes, a zipper fin, an aluminum base and a DC blowing fan， which can support about 60W TDP. All the heatsinks were pass 100% thermal test by Sinda Thermal, and reach customer's performance specifications.

    Due to the small size and concentrated heating elements, the thermal cooling design of notebook computer is quite difficult. The focus is on the heat dissipation of CPU. The most common method is to use temperature control fan for heat dissipation. When the CPU temperature is relatively high, the fan starts to work, so as to cool down quickly. More complex or adopt the comprehensive mode of heat pipe + heat sink + fan to heat the CPU.
