Today , Sinda Thermal production team finished the 30pcs sample build for the copper LED pin fin heatsink, this heatsink is made by cold forging process. With the Integrated structure , this heatsink has high strength reliability and no thermal performance loss benifits. We will sent out to customer for test and wait for the further feedback.
