4pcs AMD SP3 Heatsink Demand From Austria Customer

      Today , Sinda Thermal engineering team received an order of 4 pcs sample demand  for the AMD SP3 CPU  cooler heatsink from the Austrial customer. Customer wants to verify the thermal  performance test before they released further mass production order , Thanks for the order , we will finishthe sample within 20 days. 

     The thermal conductivity of three or four heat pipes can cope with the heat of high-end processors, so there is no need to pursue a particularly large number of heat pipes. The most obvious effect on cooling is whether the heat pipe can quickly receive heat from the bottom, which is related to the contact mode of the heat pipe. The direct contact heat pipe is the best choice. It directly contacts the CPU surface and conducts heat more directly and quickly.
