50pcs Aluminum Skived Fin Heatsink Demand From Spain Customer

     Today  , Spain customer released an order of 50 pcs demand  for the aluminum high performance heatsink. The heatsink design has high density fin with hign height ratio , which can not be made by aluminum extrusion or CNC machining process, so we recommended customer to use aluminum skiving process to get the custpmized heatsink, and it is for high power IGBT device cooling applications. The 50pcs samples will be finished in 15 days , thanks again for the order.

     Compared with bonded fin heat sink or soldered heat sink, skiving heat sink fins are manufactured from a single piece of material(copper or aluminum) which can decrease the thermal resistance as it's a solid heat sink which has no interface material between the fins and base.Skiving heat sink fins can be high density and very thin fin construction which can offer a much better thermal performance than extruded heat sinks.
