50pcs AMD SP5 1U CPU Heatsink Inquiry From The Japan Customer

    Today, Sinda Thermal received an inquiry for the 50pcs 1U CPU cooler heatsink, it is based on AMD SP5platform design. The heatsink contains an aluminum zipper fin stack, an aluminum base,4pcs copper heatpipe to support 205W TDP .      The thermal conductivity of three or four heat pipes can cope with the heat of high-end processors, so there is no need to pursue a particularly large number of heat pipes. The most obvious effect on heat dissipation is whether the heat pipe can quickly receive heat from the bottom, which is related to the contact mode of the heat pipe. The direct contact heat pipe is the best choice. It directly contacts the CPU surface and conducts heat more directly and quickly.
