The heat sink has been fully tested and validated by Sinda Thermal to ensure the best quality and cooling performance before shipment.

    This AMD 1U SP5 heatsink use aluminum base, aluminum base,and a copper block in the middle of the base to contact with heat source, 4pcs U shape heat pipes provide strong thermal conductive performance. Nickel Plated is chose as the preferred surface treatment to avoid unnecessary cosmetic issue in production.
