The heatsink is used on power supply adapter cooling applications, and the surface treatment is original anodized.     Aluminum extruded sink usually manufactured by extruding the aluminum ingot through an extrusion tooling, then cut off or cross-cut for the specific dimensions, the next process is CNC for precise machining, after precise machining the semi-finished aluminum extruded heatsinks would be anodized or washing; finally we pack the heatsink extrusions and stock in our warehouse to be shipping.
