Yesterday, we got an inquiry from the Canada customer for the aluminum extrusion heatsink, this heatsink is used for Automotive product cooling. The mayerial is aluminum 6063, and the surface treatment is oil cleaning. The mainly process is extrusion hard tooling and CNC machining requirement. The aluminum extruded heatsink has good oxidation corrosion resistance without adding any additives. Its principle is that once aluminum encounters oxygen in the air, it will form an oxide film, which is tough and dense, preventing further corrosion to the body material.
