Aluminum LED Die Casting Heatsink Are Ready Fo Mass Production

   Today , Sinda Thermal finished the hard tooling process for the aluminum die casting heatsink for LED applications, this heatsink is for LED lump shell heat dissipation. We will sent the LED heatsink sample to customer for final approval , once we received the aproval feedback from customer site, we will start the mass production process for the first 1000pcs demand.

 The shell and heatsink are designed as a whole to solve the heating problem of LED. This method is better. Generally, aluminum or aluminum alloy, copper or copper alloy and other alloys with good heat conduction are selected. Heat dissipation includes air convectioncooling, strong wind cooling cooling and heat pipecooling. The choice ofthermal solution has a direct impact on the cost of lamps. It should be comprehensively considered and the best scheme should be selected together with the designed products.
