     Today, we received an inquiry from Singapore customer ,  and they wanted to purchased the aluminum pin fin heatsink for LED cooling applications. This heatsink uses high density round fin design, it is also called  aluminum cold forging heatsink, whick is made by cold forging process.     Aluminum  pin fin heat sink are designed to provide more surface area to improve the heat transferring ability, as it was cold forged from a solid aluminum bar, there is no joint between fin and base, so the thermal resistance is low and the construction can offer a high airflow which can supply a optimal thermal performance in many applications.
