Aluminum Stamping Zipper Fin Heatsink Quotation Request From The US Customer

    Today，Sinda Thermal engineering team received the quotation request from the US customer, they were looking for the customized stamping zipper fin heatsink for the CPU cooling. The heatsink contains an aluminum zipper fin stack, a copper block, 4pcs copper heatpipe buried in the aluminum base.  The zipper fin is a fin group composed of a series of copper aluminum sheets (0.2mm ~ 0.6mm) stamped into a specific shape and connected together. Generally, the zipper fin stack is connected with the heat pipe and copper (aluminum) base plate by welding. The heat is transmitted from the heat source to the fin group through the heat pipe or bottom plate, and the purpose of heat dissipation is achieved through convective heat exchange. Compared with other types of heat sink, the buckle fin has the advantage of large heat dissipation area, but its mold cost is high.
