Die Casting Heatsink For LED Applications Is Ready For Mass Production

Recently，we are working on the hard tooling process for the die casting LED heatsink for Malaysia customer.This heatsink is using ADC10 material for casting forming, and the base is designed with high density pin fins for better heat dissipation. We will send 5pcs samples to csutomer for dimension and appearance confirm, once the samples are approved, we will start the mass production for the forst 2000pcs orders.
Die casting is especially suitable for manufacturing a large number of small and medium-sized castings, so die casting is the most widely used in various casting processes. Compared with other casting technologies, the surface of die casting is smoother and has higher dimensional consistency.
