Today，The US customer released an order of 200pcs deman fo r the high performance heatpipe soldering heatsink, this is for high power LED applications. There are total 3 pcs copper heatpipe soldering on the zipper fin stack made of aluminum material, and the copper base is contact with LED chip heat source and transport the heat to fins.
Heat pipe is usually used in Server, computer and some other high power applications, now it's available on LEDs to make the LED lighting market thriving. Heat pipe is a essential component in LED design, it can transfer the heat faster and makes the heat sinks more efficient in thermal performance.
