Golden Anodizing Heatsink Inquiry From Malaysia Customer

     Yesterday, we received an inquiry  for the golden  anodizing heatsink from Malaysia  customer, it is for PCB electric device heat dissipation.The  material is aluminum extrusion , and customer requested the customized surface treatment of golden anodizing. We will review the heatsink design and update the quotation to customer within 24 hours.

    Anodizing usually refers to the process of forming an oxide film on the surface of the radiator through an applied current in sulfuric acid environment. This effectively overcomes the defects of aluminum alloy surface hardness and wear resistance. Compared with the traditional electrostatic powder spraying, anodizing will not affect the cooling effect of the heatsink, so it is favored by manufacturers.
