the main material of cold plate is commonly the aluminum, stainless steel, copper, liquid coolant, copper tube, etc. the process of manufacturing is machining the aluminum base for the tube groove, drilling the holes by CNC, then embed the copper tube into the grooves, fill the liquid coolant, afterward we need to test the cold plate for leakage, after all the tests are finished, we will pack and ship.
