Golden Anodizing Push Pin Heatsink Demand From Singapore Customer

      Last week， we sent our quotation for the push pin assembly heatsink to Singapore customer, it is for PCB electric device heat dissipation.Customer approved our price and released an order of 500pcs demand for this extrusion heatsink, customer requested the customized surface treatment of golden anodizing. We will start the raw material preparation and finish the order in about 3 weeks.

    Anodizing usually refers to the process of forming an oxide film on the surface of the radiator through an applied current in sulfuric acid environment. This effectively overcomes the defects of aluminum alloy surface hardness and wear resistance. Compared with the traditional electrostatic powder spraying, anodizing will not affect the heat dissipation effect of the heatsink, so it is favored by manufacturers.
