Great Wall Super Cloud Releases R5215 L12 New Product, Claiming To Reduce Energy Consumption By Over 60%
Great Wall Chaoyun (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. recently launched a domestically produced "liquid cooled server", model R5215 L12, based on the Intel Whitley platform Ice Lake processor.
In terms of heat dissipation, the server adopts cold plate heat dissipation technology to achieve a mixed air liquid heat dissipation system design, with equal computational power requirements. It is claimed that a single server can reduce energy consumption by more than 60%, ensuring that the PUE of the data center is reduced to below 1.2. In addition, the server and cabinet support online hot swapping through quick connectors; The end joint of liquid cooling pipe adopts Ethylene propylene rubber sealing ring, which is compatible with various refrigerants and has no dripping plug; The entire machine has a leakage detection function, which monitors the status of the liquid cooling pipeline in real-time.
