TSMC Has Launched The AI Cooling Revolution And Collaborated With Multiple Hardware Manufacturers To Innovate Liquid Cooling

     According to a report by Taiwan media's Economic Daily, due to the high demand for AI chips and server cooling, following the previous introduction of "immersive cooling efficient computing computer rooms", there have been recent reports of collaborating with hardware manufacturers such as Gaoli, Gigabyte, and Shuanghong to continue to improve in high-speed computing cooling. At the same time, TSMC is also collaborating with Gaoli and NVIDIA to develop AI GPU immersive systems, sparking a new wave of cooling revolution.

   AI servers have fast computing speed, generate more heat and consume more energy, and currently mainstream cooling technologies cannot meet the requirements. Due to the average power consumption of CPU and GPU jumping from 300W to over 1000W, heat dissipation is more difficult than before. Liquid cooling is currently the most effective and advanced heat dissipation solution.
