LED Liquid Cooling Heatsink Sample Build Finished

     Recently , we are working on thesample build   for the 4pass channel liquid cooling heatsink  demand of Italy  customer . Due to the limited space in the LED application, we found it is very difficult to meet the high power TDP by using air cooling heatsink. This cold plate design contains an aluminum base, with a copper tube press into the base ,forming a 4 pass liquid channel. This LED liquid cooling plate has very high reliability and the production process is also very mature. We  will ship the sample to customer by tomorrow as soon as the final packing finished. 

 For liquid cooling, the medium is liquid, the coolant recycles in the system to absorb and transfer the heat, the working efficiency is pretty high, and there is litter noise when is operating.
