20 days ago, the US customer sent us a customized order for the 3pcs liquid cold plate . The cold plate is for data center cooling application, and the design TDP is 1100W , The cold plate was finished all the test today, we will arrangethe shipment to customer by tomorrow.
Liquid cold plate heat sink is a creative thermal solution when the air cooling could not meet the thermal requirements and footprint requirements. Cold plate is a device to transfer the heat from the heat source to the liquid which flows to a remote heat exchanger and dissipate the heat into the environment or secondary cooling system.
