Liquid Cooling Skived Fin Heatsink Demand

     Today, Sinda Thermal team got another demand for the 50pcs  Micro Skived Fin Heat Sink demand from US customer , this heatsink is used on liquid cooling assembly applucation. It is pure copper material with high density fins, and some more machining process is required for futher fitting. Thanks for the order, we will finish this order in about 2 weeks.

     The Micro skived fin heatsink usually used in liquid cooling for its high density fins which has much more surface area to transfer more heat volume.Micro skived fin heat sink is manufactured by the cutting tool with certain angle, as the copper could not be extruded, so the skiving process is the best thermal solution for copper solid heatsink which has much better thermal conductivity from base to fins than soldered heatsinks.
