Pin Fin Cooling Heatsink Demand From Spain Customer

    Yesterday  , we received an order released from Spain customer ,  and they wanted to purchased the customized copper pin fin heatsink for LED cooling applications. This heatsink uses high density fin design, it is also called cold forging heatsink, which is made by cold forging process. Thanks again for the order, we will finish and ship out the order in 2 weeks. 

  Copper pin fin heat sink are designed to provide more surface area to improve the heat transferring ability, as it was cold forged from a solid copper bar, there is no joint between fin and base, so the thermal resistance is low and the construction can offer a high airflow which can supply a optimal thermal performance in many applications.
