Today ,Sinda Thermal received an inquiry for the customized stamping soldering heatsink from the Germany customer. This heatsink design use pure aluminum material and finished with nickel plated surface treatment for soldering process. Customer wants to get the sample made by stamping and soldering process, and pre-applied with PSX thermal PAD and hardware before shipment.
