      3 weeks ago , the England customer sent  us the customized demand for the vacuum brazed liquid cold plate, this cod plate is used of server cooling system applications. We just finnished all the machining process, performance and reliability test . Samples will be shipped out to customer by today, thanks again for choosing Sinda Thermal. 

     Vacuum brazing is a welding method to realize the connection between parts by wetting, spreading and caulking on the surface of the base metal with liquid solder at a temperature lower than the melting point of the base metal but higher than the melting point of the solder. Based on this principle, the Vacuum Brazed liquid cold plate realizes the connection of aluminum substrate, composite solder plate and aluminum cover plate.
