The Server Liquid Cold Plate Will Be Shipped Put Soon

3 weeks ago, the US customer sent us a customized order for the 2pcs liquid cold plate sample. The cold plate is for server cooling application, and the design TDP is 1100W , we are now working on the liquid cooling plate reliability test, will finish the final packing and ship to customer soon.
Liquid cold plate heat sink is a creative thermal solution when the air cooling could not meet the thermal requirements and footprint requirements. Cold plate is a device to transfer the heat from the heat source to the liquid which flows to a remote heat exchanger and dissipate the heat into the environment or secondary cooling system.
