How a liquid cooling heat sink works

The heat dissipation process of liquid cooling is similar to the air cooling, it starts with a pedestal to contact the heat source of devices with a layer of thermal interface material which can reduce the thermal resistance between the two surfaces. The contact baseplate transfers the heat from heater to the coolant, then it flows through the tube to a radiator and remove the heat away to cool down, then the coolant flows back to the waterblock and recycle the process again.
