Yesterday, Sinda Thermal team received an inquiry for the CPU tower heatsink, the heatsink design adopts aluminum stamping zipper fin +copper machining base+ 6pcs copper heatpipe, which can support up to 350W CPU TDP, and the surface treatment is nickel plated.
The CPU transfers the heat to the tower heatsink base through the thermal grease. There is liquid in the heat transfer copper pipe, which disperses the heat in the heat transfer base and transfers it to the cooling fins. Finally, the fan blows away the heat on the cooling fins. Such continuous circulation provides good thermal performance for the tower heatsink.
