Friction Welding Process in liquid cold Plate

It is no different from the liquid cold plate formed by one-time processing, and its reliability is higher than that of the traditional process.

      This processing technology of friction welded liquid cold plate has the characteristics of flexible design, no obvious solder joints and high reliability. It can also process very thin water-cooled plate, which can meet the lightweight standard.
