Thermal Grease in LED Application

It has good thermal conductivity and a mixture of high-purity filling and silicone. It is generally mainly used in the assembly surface of semiconductor devices and radiators to eliminate the air on the contact surface, increase the heat flow channel and improve the thermal performance.

Characteristics of thermal grease :
1. Good thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, shock absorption and impact resistance.
2. 0.05℃-in ²/ W low thermal resistance.
3. Similar to thermal conductive interface material, which will not dry easily.
4. Working as a heat transfer chemical, which can maximize the heat transfer between the heat source and the LED radiator.
5. Environmental protection and non toxicity.
