Liquid cooling plate
Liquid cooling means that the cooling working medium is driven by the water pump and transfers heat from the liquid-cooled radiator to the environment through the pipeline, so as to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation. The number of fans can be reduced, thereby reducing the vibration and noise generated by the fans. Secondly, due to the high specific heat capacity of water, the heat dissipation effect of water cooling is much higher than that of air cooling. However, compared to air-cooled heat dissipation, liquid cooling heatsink are more complicated, and because of the cooling working medium, there is a certain risk of leakage, and the overall cost is higher than other heat dissipation methods.
Water cooling system structure: working medium + water cooling head + pipeline + water pump + cold exhaust + water tank
Working medium: a carrier that absorbs heat and carries heat (such as pure water, deionized water, ethylene (propylene) glycol aqueous solution, etc.)
Water cooling head: a metal block with a flow channel inside, made of copper or aluminum, which is in contact with the heat source and absorbs heat
Pipeline: connect the water cooling head, water pump, cold drain and storage tank, so that the circulating fluid circulates in a closed channel without leakage
Water pump: to promote the flow of circulating fluid, help the working mass to exchange heat and cold
Cold row: Dissipate heat
Water tank: storage and replenishment of coolant
