Battery thermal analysis:

      Based on the core heating test data, the thermoelectric coupling model of the core is established. Through this model, the heat generation and temperature rise of the core at different temperatures and SOC can be accurately obtained, which provides a reliable core level model for pack level thermal analysis. Considering that the working conditions of the battery pack are transient conditions, and the traditional CFD method has low transient calculation efficiency, the thermal flow coupling analysis method can be used to analyze the battery pack under the working conditions of high-temperature fast charge, low-temperature heating fast charge, low-temperature heating slow charge, high-temperature 30 minute vehicle speed, high-temperature fast charge + 30 min vehicle speed, etc.

Thermal analysis of electric motor:

    The heat loss is obtained based on the working condition of motor electronic control, and the detailed 3D thermal analysis of motor electronic control is carried out with the heat loss as the input, the heat dissipation scheme of motor electronic control is evaluated, and the key design parameters are automatically optimized to realize the matching of heat dissipation performance and pump power consumption.

Vehicle system thermal management:

    The design of vehicle thermal management system includes architecture design and parts selection.
