It is revealed that the work of the car's loop heat pipe cooling system was completed by Calyos in collaboration with the University of Michigan and General Motors team. The system was assembled and tested on General Motors, and the results showed that it can remove up to 400W of heat from two in car CPUs and maintain the CPU temperature below 95 ℃.
