Why does the thermal heatsink needs reflow soldering

   Different parts of the heatsink are connected by soldering . The quality directly affects the quality and service life of the heatsink in the electric welding machine. The welding process mainly includes filler welding and body welding. Relatively speaking, the body welding has good corrosion resistance and has a uniform weld scar without grinding; The corrosion resistance of filler welding is poor, and the surface is polished smooth and flat.

   When selecting the soldering heatsink , it mainly depends on whether its soldering is stable, whether the appearance weld is uniform, and whether there is uneven phenomenon. However, the smoothness and flatness of the weld shall not be required too much, because excessive grinding treatment is easy to cause the strength of the welding part and reduce the performance.

     According to the requirements of the specification, the soldering part shall be solid, smooth and clean without weld porosity. The overall appearance of the thermal heatink shall be flat and lubricated without significant deformation, distortion and appearance depression.
