20 Pcs High Performance Aluminum Skived Fin Heatsink Shippe To Spain Customer

     20 days ago , Spain customer released an order for the aluminum high performance heatsink. The heatsink design has high density fin with hign height ratio , which can not be made by aluminum extrusion or CNC machining process, so we recommended customer to use aluminum skiving process to get the custpmized heatsink.Customer accepted the design and Sinda Thermal just finished the sample today, we shipped these 20pcs samples to customer by air shipment this afternoon.      Compared with bonded fin heat sink or soldered heat sink, skiving heat sink fins are manufactured from a single piece of material(copper or aluminum) which can decrease the thermal resistance as it's a solid heat sink which has no interface material between the fins and base.Skiving heat sink fins can be high density and very thin fin construction which can offer a much better thermal performance than extruded heat sinks.
