200pcs LED Cold Forging Heatsink Finished

    3 weeks ago,  we got the sample demand of  200pcs for the LED cold forging heatsink from the Germany customer. They needed tooling sample for the LED heatsink mass production. We finished and shipped the order to customer today , the aluminum LED heatsink is made by cold forging process. 

     Cold forging is a technical process for forming and forging profiles at room temperature. Cold forging materials are mostly aluminum and some alloys, copper and some alloys with low deformation resistance and good plasticity at room temperature. Cold forging can produce work hardening during the processing of profiles and increase the strength and hardness.
