Today , Sinda Thermal received an order of 20 pcs demand for the 4 pass liquid cooling plate. This is for outdoor LED heat dissipation,which is designed to support 400W TDP, thanks for the order, we will finish the sample with in 4 weeks.
This LCP feature a high performance assembly utilizing a copper or stainless steel tubing press fit into an extruded aluminum plate. These cost effective liquid cold plates are designed specifically for low to medium power density applications.
