20pcs Liquid Cold Plate For Out Door LED Cooling Are Ready To Ship

    Recently , we are working on the production of the 20pcs LED liquid cooling plate, the samples order were released from the Poland customer about 3 weeks ago, we finished and shipped the samples to customer today.         The cold plate design contains an aluminum base, with a copper tube press into the base ,forming a 4 pass liquid channel. This LED liquid cooling plate has very high reliability and the production process is also very mature. We will wait for customer's final approval and then build serval samples for system test.   For liquid cooling, the medium is liquid, the coolant recycles in the system to absorb and transfer the heat, the working efficiency is pretty high, and there is litter noise when is operating.
