300pcs CNC Machining Cooler Demand From The Germnay Customer

     Last month,  we built 1pcs sample for the Germany customer's system test requirement by CNC soft tooling mode, the heatsink is used on power device cooling application.  And  customer finished the test by this week, they released another demand quantity of 300pcs to us . This heatsink use pure aluminum material for  CNC machining , and the surface treatment is nickel plated, thanks again for the support. 

     CNC cooler heatsinks is a fast prototype sample build CNC soft tooling machining method. Customer can do many flexible design sample by this way ,as there is no tooling process limit. Besides, It can also shorten the sample build lead time , and very cost effective for low quantity customization sample demand.
