50 Pcs Copper Skived Fin Sample Demand From The Germany Customer

     Just now , the germany customer sent us an order demand for the copper skived fin heatsink , and the quantity is 50pcs for the first build. Customer wants to have a small sample build and test to verify if this heatsink design can meet the spec for the LED device cooling. Thanks for the support , we will send out the samples in about 10 days.

     Skived Fin Heat Sinks are constructed from a single piece of material and offer reduced thermal resistance since there is no joint between a base and fins. These heat sinks are manufactured by precisely slicing the top of the base, called skiving, folding it back to where it is perpendicular to the base, and repeating at regular intervals to create fins.
