Today,Sinda Thermal just finish the sample order of 50 pcs copper CPU heatsink demand for the Canada customer, this heatsink is based on intel purley platform. The material is pure copper material to support about 105W power, we arranged the shipment to customer site by air shipment today, thanks again for the order.
Copper CPU heatsink is one of the direct and effective thermal solution to increase the thermal performance. Due to the high thermal conductive performace of copper material ,changing the fin material from aluminun to copper will help to increase the heatsink module performance.
