Aluminum IGBT Cooling Heatsink Design For Germany Customer

     Recently , we are working with the Germany customer forthe IGBT heatsink design. And the heatsink  design is using  aluminum extrusion process, nickel plated will be proceeded after machining is finished, we will wait for customer final approval for the sample build.    To build a eligible heatsink for IGBT, we should evaluate the space limit, power, and cost in designing, after the heatsink module is designed, also we need to think about the manufacturing feasibility, afterward we need to do a test to verify if it can dissipate the heat as required.
