A heat pipe is a device that uses the principle of phase change to efficiently transfer heat from one location to another. A: For NPI order, the lead time is 2 weeks, for mass production, the lead time is 6 weeks.


Q:Do you provide samples? is it free or need to be paid?

A: Yes, we can provide samples for NPI build, but for customized heat sink, the cost and freight cost need to be paid.


Q:What's terms of payment?

A: for small orders, we need 100% payment before producing, for mass production order, 50% deposite need to be paid before manufacturing, the balance need to be paid before shipping.
