AMD SP5 1U CPU Heatsink Inquiry From Spain Customer

Yesterday ， the Spain customer sent us an inquiry for the CPU air cooling heatsink, it is based on the AMD SP5 platform.The heatsink contains 3pcs U shape heatpipes, aluminum zipper fin stack and the machining base are joint together by reflow soldering process, thermal grease will be pre-applied before shipment. Thanks for the inquiry , we are working on the cost analysis, quotation will be ready within 24 hours.
The AMD CPU air cooler is usually assembled with aluminum zipper fins, heat pipes, copper pedestal, DC fan,aluminum block and thermal grease, which can fully take advantages of each components to achieve the maximum performance.
