The 2 pcs customized liquid cold plate for the US customer are now under reliability test process, we will arrange the shipment to customer by soon. This cold pate is used on high power IGBT device, liquid cooling is the best thermal solution for high power device heat dissipation.
In mdern society, high power applications such as high speed trains, industrial computers, and server cabinets can only operate steadily when the work environment is under maximum safe temperature,the tranditional air cooled heat sink can't dissipate the heat sufficiently, Liquid cooling heat sink is invented to cope with this situation.
