Industrial Fulian And Intel Jointly Release Liquid Cooling Technology
Recently, during the World Internet Conference Summit, Industrial Rich Union and Intel jointly released the next generation of advanced cooling technology, aiming to break through the limits of current liquid cooling technology and provide advanced cooling solutions for the growing demand for AI computing power.
AI has led to an explosive growth in demand for computing power, and issues such as energy consumption and heat dissipation have become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of computing power. Liquid cooling has become an inevitable choice for the next generation of server cooling technology. Industrial Fulian has developed a full range of immersive liquid cooling solutions from components, servers to systems, covering the needs of all scenarios from the edge to the data center. The superfluid liquid cooling technology released by Industrial Fulian effectively reduces the viscosity and friction of the coolant, improves the thermal convection coefficient and buoyancy effect, breaks the bottleneck of single-phase immersion liquid cooling technology, and further improves the thermal performance of the liquid cooling system.
This technology was jointly developed by Industrial Fulian and Intel. At present, this technology has completed the design, development and test verification of progressiveness cooling system. According to experimental data, the use of superfluid liquid cooling technology can meet the heat dissipation requirements of over 800W TDP. Through system optimization and further improvement in radiator design, the heat dissipation target of 1500W TDP can be achieved. Superfluid technology is suitable for heat dissipation solutions of single point cold plate liquid cooling servers and submerged liquid cooling servers, while meeting the liquid cooling deployment needs of existing or new data centers.
