     The rapid development of the AI industry has led to a surge in demand for computing power. The biggest difference between liquid cooling and air cooling is the different cooling media. "Liquid cooling" uses insulating low boiling point coolants such as mineral oil and fluorinated liquid as refrigerants, which discharge the heat from the server through heat exchange.
