LED Vapor Chamber Heatsink Sample Are Under Thermal Test

       2 weeks ago , The US customer released an order for the copper vapor chamber of LED cooling ,  the heatsink design needs to meet 120W TDP power . Customer wanted to have a quick test for the samples before they released mass production order, we built 2 pcs protottpe samples and the  samples  are now under thermal test  in our factory today, we will ship the LED vapor chamber cooling heatsink  to customer  for performance verification by tomorrow.

     We're now seeing more and more customer using vapor chamber design in the new thermal solution , such as Ultra thin performance note book , XBOX ,smart phone ,precision medical equipment,etc. Vapor chamber sink can bring higher thermal conductive performance than the heatpipe assembly in limited space, but the cost will also be higher.With the development of thermal industry , and the improvement of manufacturing. Vapor chamber will be more and more popular in thermal design.
