Intel 2U CPU Heatsink Quotation Request From Italy Customer

     Yesterday ,  we received an inquiry for the 2U standard CPU heatsink, it is based on intel platform. This heatsink design contains an aluminum die casting base, a stamping zipper fin stack, 4 pcs copper heatpipe, a copper plate in the central area. Hardware and thermal grease will ne pre-applied in final packing process. Thanks for the inquiry , we just sent our best price to customer and wait for further feedback. 

    Usually , We use zipper fin stack soldered, brazed, or epoxied to a heat sink base to create a comprehensive thermal management assembly. As zipper fins are joined together on both the top and bottom of the fins, they offer higher mechanical stability compared to other fin types such as skived or folded fins.
