Machining Copper Base Inquiry From Japan Customer

       Today, we received an inquiry for the copper base, customer wants to finish this base by CNC machining mode, as the demand quantity is low. Soft tooling process is the fastest  and cost effective for urgent demand and small demand quantity sample prototype.The base material is cooper 1100, with nickel plated surface treatment, this base is used for themral heatsink module soldering.
